Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations, shortages and damaged goods on bulk orders.

Cancellation

Confirmed orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Report damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the invoice number. Verified claims are replaced or credited.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or adjusted against your next order, as agreed.

Lubricants, opened consumables and made-to-order items are not returnable unless supplied incorrectly.
