Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery terms for bulk orders supplied from our Kolkata base.

Dispatch

Stocked items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order items follow the timeline stated in the quotation.

Freight is quoted separately based on destination, weight and volume unless agreed otherwise in your account terms.

Goods are supplied in manufacturer cartons or trade packs suitable for transport. Special packing can be arranged on request.

Please check cartons at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the transporter's copy before signing.
